Eligibility for free influenza vaccine
- People aged under 5 or 65 and over
- Pregnant women
- Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people
- People with heart disease
- People with chronic lung disease, including COPD, bronchiectasis, and severe asthma
- Other chronic illnesses requiring regular medical follow up or hospitalisation in the previous year, including diabetes mellitus,chronic metabolic diseases, chronic renal failure, and haemoglobinopathies
- Other chronic neurological conditions that impact on respiratory function, including multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injuries, and seizure disorders
- People with impaired immunity, including from HIV, malignancy and chronic steroid use

We do NOT currently have supplies to commence booster Coroanvirus Vaccination Clinics. Local pharamacies and other services government services are providing boosters to eligible people.

The category 'Health Care Workers' includes
- Individuals working in health care including doctors, nurses and midwives, allied health professionals, dental practitioners
- All public and private hospital staff
- Healthcare workers in private practice
- Community pharmacy staff
- All healthcare workers providing in-home and community disability and aged care, including centre-based care
- Workers who regularly engage in person with those receiving aged care or those with a disability in phase 1a or 1b, including aged care assessment workforce, those conducting regulatory activities and advocacy services
- All healthcare workers in clinical settings, including students on placement
- Onsite administrative staff in healthcare settings
- Cleaners, kitchen staff and other ancillary staff in healthcare settings

Third primary dose for people who are severely immunocompromised
This includes:
- People who have had kidney, liver, heart or lung transplants
- People having chemotherapy or radiotherapy or hormone therapy for cancer.
- People on immunosupression treatment for arthritis or inflammatory bowel disease where they are using more than 20mg of prednisone for more than 14 days, or methotrexate (in higher doses)
- People on dialysis
